On North 5th Street in Louisiana, MO, the Elks Lodge is the kind of place where a bartender remembers your order and a community shows up when it matters. When a local family needed a meal after a funeral service, this lodge put food on the table without hesitation. That's not a policy, that's character.

The lodge hosts events like the Cranberry Jam that draw crowds from across the region, filling the hall with music, laughter, and the kind of easy conversation that only happens when people actually know each other. The bar is clean, well-stocked, and staffed by people who treat every guest like a regular.

With a 4.6-star rating from members and visitors alike, the Louisiana Elks Lodge carries the national organization's century-old mission of charity, justice, and brotherly love, and backs it up with real action in a real Missouri river town.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a full members bar with a welcoming atmosphere that guests consistently call one of the friendliest spots in Pike County. Cold drinks, good company, and a staff that takes pride in the experience make it worth the membership card.

Beyond the bar, the lodge hosts community events and banquets, including seasonal celebrations like the Cranberry Jam. The facility is also available for private gatherings such as post-memorial meals, making it a meaningful resource for families during difficult moments.

Membership in the BPOE opens the door to national Elks programs, local charitable initiatives, and a social network built on shared values. Whether you're a longtime Elk or curious about joining, the Louisiana lodge is the starting point for something that runs deeper than a social club.

"We went down for the Cranberry Jam. Everything sounded great and the area was very clean. The bartender that was working did an amazing job. The only problem was something smelling like a dirty diaper for most of the night. Maybe something needs to be done with the plumbing."

A Proud Heritage

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
